Privacy Policy
Your information.
Handled with care.
This Privacy Policy explains how Radford Motor Company LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Radford,” “we,” “us” or “our”), handles personal information in connection with this website and related enquiries.
Information we collect
The website does not currently provide an enquiry form, customer account, online checkout or newsletter registration. If you contact us by email, you may provide your name, email address, telephone number, company details, vehicle interests and any other information included in your message. Our website and hosting providers may automatically process limited technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, timestamps and security logs.
How we use information
We may use personal information to respond to enquiries; discuss commissions, partnerships, merchandise or experiences; manage prospective and existing customer relationships; operate, secure and improve the website; comply with law; protect our rights; and establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Legal bases for UK and EEA visitors
Where UK or European data-protection law applies, we process personal information as necessary to respond to your request or take steps toward a contract, for our legitimate interests in operating and protecting our business and communicating with interested parties, to comply with legal obligations, and with consent where consent is required.
Sharing and international transfers
We may share information with service providers that support hosting, email, security, professional advice and business operations; with authorities when legally required; and in connection with a financing, reorganization, merger, sale or transfer of all or part of the business. Radford operates internationally, so information may be processed in the United States, United Kingdom and other jurisdictions. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
Third-party media, links and cookies
We do not currently use advertising cookies or website analytics. The Pikes Peak film uses YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain and is loaded only after you choose “Watch the Video.” Google or YouTube may then process device data and place or access cookies under their own policies. Links to Instagram and other third-party services are governed by those services’ privacy practices.
Retention and security
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including legal, accounting and dispute-resolution requirements. We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards, but no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent, and to appeal or complain to a regulator. Radford does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise a privacy right, email us using the address below. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
Children
This website is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the website.
Changes
We may update this policy as our website or practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
